Experience a diverse and exciting city
USC students enjoy the beauty and the tranquility of a traditional college campus in the midst of a diverse and exciting city.
Student clubs and organizations provide opportunities to pursue special interests, develop leadership skills, help others and just have fun. Official and unofficial extracurricular activities, recreational sports teams, community service organizations, cultural centers, honor societies and other groups mean students can tailor their college experiences to fit them.
Los Angeles
The second largest city in the United States, Los Angeles offers something for everyone. The sun shines approximately 93 percent of the year, providing an ideal environment to enjoy the city’s hot spots, historical landmarks and activities.
Known as the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles gives students the opportunity to enjoy concerts, plays, musicals, sporting events and more. Students can sample the city’s culture by visiting world-class museums, libraries, restaurants and shops. Thanks to Los Angeles’ diverse landscape, students can take a break from their studies to surf at the beach, hike in the mountains or rock climb in the desert — all within a short distance from campus.
The Trojan Family
USC alumni form a close and supportive community that spans the globe under the proud banner of the Trojan Family — now more than 300,000 members strong.
Trojans care for one another and treat all people with fairness and respect. These shared values are reflected in the work they do, the friendships they form and their ability to always “fight on.”
